On Device Research are delighted to announce that we have won the IAB Europe Research Award for Brand Effectiveness for our work measuring Google and OMD's Pixel 2.0 campaign.
The cross-platform digital and out-of-home campaign that launched in October 2017 required a suite of ad effectiveness measures that accurately assessed both the synergies and multiplier effects of cross-media exposure throughout the branding funnel. By working with On Device Research, Google were able to deploy an innovative approach to tracking campaign impact across multiple devices while analysing geo-location data (provided through our partner Location Sciences) to measure the opportunity to be exposed to out-of-home activity, thus providing a view on total ad effectiveness.
