The Eureka! moment came when a failed traditional research project in China showed them the potential of mobile – its ability to reach anyone, anywhere.
Previously a Senior Mobile Analyst at comScore and one of the first employees of M:Metrics (prior to its $50m sale to comScore). Alistair has held a variety of roles including business development, client services and product management.
Michael has a direct and personable style with a background in CMI and brand performance. Michael enjoys working with senior marketeers to help solve complex business problems and empowering brands to engage and serve their customers. Brand performance, retention & advocacy and financial results are the things that matter. Michael is based in Dubai and splits his time between our MENA, London, and Singapore offices. Away from work Michael can usually be found on his bike or in a restaurant.
Robert heads up North American sales and business development out of our New York office. Most recently Robert led global sales and brand partnerships for CureJoy.com. He is a veteran of digital advertising, media sales, mobile, branded content, and programmatic. Outside of work Robert enjoys yoga, cooking, and going to concerts.
Jamie started his career at BMRB International and after completing his Business and Marketing degree, joined Hall and Partners working on continuous brand tracking, copy testing and attitudinal segmentation projects. He left after 9 years and joined On Device. When not chained to his desk researching, he's out fishing.
After working gaining experience at Proteus in interviewing and fieldwork management, Alexandra went on to obtain a Masters degree in Strategic Marketing. She uses her strong organisational skills to whip projects into shape and has joined us as Client Service Manager (aka Jamie's right arm). Her dream job is to perform in Wicked (the musical).
Tariq joined the ODR team in September 2017 with 5-years experience of online and offline media selling across MENA. Tariq has been passionate about marketing since a young age and has enjoyed teaching and speaking commitments alongside his roles. Tariq was a guest speaker at the Digital marketing Forum in Khartoum in 2017 and spends his time at On Device Research talking with some of the regions' largest brands and agencies about Brand Effectiveness.
Zeina joined On Device Research after 6 years in the banking sector. The sky is her limit; she enjoys new challenges and she’s looking to develop in this field and to add value to the team. Outside of work, she enjoys dancing salsa, and tries not to miss any international dance festival.
Latifeh joined On Device Research with 14 years’ experience in market research gained from regional and globally recognised international market research companies. Latifeh uses her strong managerial skills to whip projects into best shape, overseeing our fieldwork partnerships for other agencies, new client on-boarding and FMCG projects.
Ahmed joined On Device Research with 7 years experience in the Market Research industry. Ahmed has worked across several verticals including Automotive, Government, FMCG, CSI and Telecom. Ahmed joined the ODR team in May 2017 to oversee one of our largest Brand Health Track programs; working across multiple categories, markets and time zones to deliver crucial insight to one of the world's largest advertising spenders. Outside of work, Ahmed loves traveling, cooking and meeting new people.
Huw likes to create platforms that handle high volumes of traffic. Having spent several years scaling out bespoke web applications for a leading VLE provider he then moved onto designing and implementing high performance VoIP services for several well known telecom providers. Huw loves to read (mostly sci-fi), cook, watch rugby and play video games.
David graduated with a Computer Science degree from Hong Kong and has a passion for Software Development. David joined us in 2016. Outside of work, he enjoys sport, reading and traveling.
Robert joined On Device Research in July 2017 after graduating from UCL with an MSc in Management.
Tim leads technical development at On Device . He has a masters in evolutionary robotics and previously was a member of the product development team at M:Metrics. Tim has been obsessed with boats from an early age and likes pirates. Beware!
Sofia qualified as a chartered accountant 13 years ago and after working for a number of media, marketing and entertainment companies set up a part time Finance Director/CFO consultancy business. Sofia will be part of the On Device Research team 2 days a week assisting with business planning, financial performance analysis, streamlining business processes and cash control.
Nigel has more than 25 years of ad research experience, on client, research, and ad agency sides in the UK and the US, with his work contributing to many award-winning campaigns. Prior to joining On Device Research, he was SVP/Head of Communication Development Research at Ipsos, and Managing Director at CRMMetrix (now MetrixLab). Nigel studied semiology at UCL and archaeology at Birkbeck UOL.
Previously a marketing effectiveness consultant working for key agency accounts and client business partner for Sky at Nielsen. Has a background across both digital and TV advertising having worked at ITV. In her spare time helps run a voluntary youth work project in Acton.
Meb brings 19 years of experience in market research, with end-to-end knowledge of the research process, across both online/digital and offline methodologies. As employee #4 at both Research Now and Mesh Planning he's an experienced manager having built large teams of survey programmers, software developers while maintaining his edge as a researcher.
David began working in the Market Research industry in London 1993, moving to Singapore in 2006. David has worked in a variety of areas from Fieldwork, Operations, Research, Analysis and for the last 15 years focusing on Project Management. His passion is for organising and delivering complex studies. Outside of work David is an avid sports fan and enjoys cooking dishes from all over the world.
Dev has 15 years of experience in Market Research industry (Data Processing) across London/India using various tools like Quantum, Merlin and SPSS. He is interested in understanding and decoding data and has a passion for new technology. Apart from work he enjoy's cooking in free time.
Andreea graduated with a bachelor degree in Sociology and has been working in market research for more than 5 years. In the past, she has held Project Manager roles at Ipsos and Lightspeed Research, working with clients and suppliers all over the world. She recently started learning judo and enjoys DIY and travelling.
Zack graduated with a BA Fine Art degree from Sheffield Hallam. He has always had a keen interest in technology. Zack joined us in 2011.
Robert graduated with a degree in mathematics and has a keen eye for numbers and solving numerical problems. He’s interested in statistical facts and is an Excel wizard. When he is not number crunching, he is watching sports (go Arsenal!).
Isabel graduated with a Master’s degree in Communication and Creative Industries and is passionate about languages. She speaks Spanish, French, Italian and a tiny bit of German and enjoys using them at work. In her spare time, Isabel loves cooking, traveling, and photography!
Jonathan graduated with a Bsc in Marketing and Advertising Strategy and has since worked with clients on ad-effectiveness, digital measurement, customer satisfaction, employee engagement, consumer and B2B quantitative research projects. He has worked across all research methodologies for multi national blue chip clients. Jonathan likes reading about the history of advertising and also playing jazz on the clarinet and saxophone outside of the office.
