Job Role

The HR, Operations and Recruitment Coordinator is a role that supports both the HR and Operations teams within the business. The focus will be to drive increases in long term staff retention rates as well as staff engagement rates by setting up, implementing, and monitoring, professional recruitment practices, employee performance and review cycles, training programmes, alongside supporting managers with HR issues.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support and conduct recruitment interviews where necessary
  • Full ownership of recruitment process supporting hiring managers with the process and creating end to end seamlessness
  • Go to person for all staff HR queries with support from external HR consultant and COO on handling matters
  • Ensure continual feedback loops between all staff and management to promote clear and open communication with a view to problem solving and swift resolution where possible
  • Development of training calendar, sourcing providers and ensuring staff attendance
  • Support managerial staff on performance and salary reviews from an administration perspective
  • Responsible for all HR related communications
  • Develop and follow an HR calendar of activities
  • Screen and select suppliers in business - translation partners, coding partners
  • General office manager duties i.e. lease managing, office servicing and utilities etc.

Core Skills Required

  • Communication: The candidate should be able to demonstrate clear and direct communication skills. They should be firm but fair. They should be approachable , consistent and reliable
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Emotional Intelligence: The candidate should have a good ability to perceive and understand employee emotions and adapt and manage accordingly
  • Trustworthy and approachable: The candidate should be able to put employees at ease, be approachable and earn employees trust and know when to escalate a situation upwards
  • Must have 2 years’ experience in an administration role ideally in recruitment , HR or Operations
  • Office Management Experience
