A key member of the Research Team, this London based/Hybrid role reports in to the Head of Research. The candidate will be responsible for the design and delivery of cross channel advertising effectiveness programmes for a number of our key clients. Using our innovative omnichannel methodology, you will be comfortable providing channel insights and recommendations to senior brand and media clients. Specific responsibilities will include:
Account lead for key brand/advertising and media clients.
Responsible for running Cross Channel ad effectiveness studies from design through to delivery.
Developing best practice to track industry changes and client requirements.
Delivering relevant insights and actionable recommendations.
Managing key accounts with the business development team.
Team leadership and line management.
Improving internal processes alongside operations functions.
Leading best practice across the team.
The ideal candidate will have:
Significant experience in a similar research/ad effectiveness/brand measurement role.
Strong understanding of brand and advertising research and the wider media landscape.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
Strong internal and external written and verbal communication skills.
A high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
Flexibility and adaptability.
Excellent IT skills, particularly MS packages .
Knowledge of Google Workplace would be an advantage.
