On Device Research revealed as one of Campaign's Best Places to Work 2023

The Campaign Best Places To Work have been revealed, listing 100 of the most desirable employers in adland.

The prestigious list, sponsored by Connor Broadley Benefits Consulting, celebrates companies that have created healthy and enjoyable workplaces.

The competition was open to organisations across adland, including the marketing divisions of brands, plus agencies ranging from ad and media to digital, design, production and PR shops.

A two-stage assessment by independent research company Best Companies Group (BCG) took place after employers provided information about benefits, policies and practices. Employees completed a confidential questionnaire on workplace culture.

Winners in four size-based categories – boutique, small, medium and large – will be announced at an event on 27 April.

Following this, the full ranked list of the 100 organisations will be published on 28 April, and profiles of the top five in each category will roll out the following week.
